Quality guarantee and service pledge
(1) Guarantee:
1 .We guarantee that all products provided to our customers by our factory is new, complete and never being used.
2 . We guarantee that all technical information provided to our customers by our factory for maintaining the contracted equipment are complete, clear and correct.
(2) Installation and commission:
1 . Our company will send technicians to the customer’s scene for product installation and commission. Our technicians will take full responsibility for the installation and commission, and strictly follow the requirements of installation scheme and the instructions of product manual.
2 . Approval standard for commission: follow state’s relevant industrial standards and accord with product manual regulations.
(3) Operation training:
According to contract list, detailed product manual, system operation manual and system maintenance manual will be provided to the customer, and the customer’s operators will be trained by our company on system operation, maintenance or repairs.
(4) Warranty:
1 . Warranty tenet: quickest response, soonest settlement, best usage.
2 . Warranty term: 3 years for display boards.
3 . Warranty scope:
During the course of use, if the user has found any problem that can not be solved by himself, he can contact our company by phone or fax, our company will quickly give technical feedback according to the problem, and consult with the user on the solution.
Under normal usage and storage conditions, our company guarantee the products’ quality. For any faults found on the products, our company will be responsible for repairing or replacing the spare parts free of charge. During warrantee term, if the equipment can not run normally, the customer shall provide written report to our company accounting the detailed situation.
4 . Following cases are not included in the scope of warranty:
Normal wearing of equipment and the consumable parts;
The problems caused by use’s unauthorized modification on the equipment or incorrect operation
Faults or damages caused by natural reasons or war destruction.
5 . After the project is finished, our party will be responsible for maintaining the system in whole life, and continuously improving the system function and updating the software; for necessarily added components or parts, we only charge the costs of them.
6. After service: periodical maintenance and return visits, soliciting various opinions to improve the products.
(5)、We guarantee that if the products and software provided by our company have any dispute with or are claimed by a third party, we will take all responsibilities to solve the problem and all relevant fees or expenses will be borne by our company. |
